Christopher is one of our founding partners, where he obtained his LL.B (Hons) from the University of London. Christopher also holds an MBA degree from Charles Sturt University of Australia.
Prior to being admitted as Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaysia, Christopher was involved in various industries, inter alia, information technology architecture, digital distribution, construction and engineering related industries. Christopher’s involvement in both legal and commercial industries has endowed him with in-depth knowledge in both legal and business environments which enable him to provide the clients with the most viable solutions and advice in the complex matters.
Christopher’s primary area of practice focuses on civil-commercial matters. He has experience in advising wide spectrum of clients in both contentious and non-contentious civil-commercial matters

Kai Ping is one of our founding partners, where he obtained his LL.B (Hons) from the University of Aberystwyth, United Kingdom. Kai Ping also holds a LL.M degree in Financial Regulation and Compliance from BPP Law School of London.
Prior to being admitted as Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaysia, Kai Ping was attached to the Policy Officer of the Malaysian AIDS Counsel and involved in Hotel Management industry.
Kai Ping’s primary area of practice focuses on criminal law matters. He has experience in representing both companies and personal clients in defending both blue-collar criminal allegations and white-collar criminal allegation.

Angie is our associate partner, where she obtained his LL.B (Hons) from the University of Reading United Kingdom.
Angie’s primary area of practice focuses on civil dispute resolution. She mainly focuses on handling the civil-commercial disputes, construction disputes, land law disputes, company law disputes and commercial law disputes. She has experience representing both individuals and corporate clients in proceedings in all tiers of courts as well as alternative dispute resolutions including arbitration, mediation and adjudication.

Our Legal Associate
Izzati is our legal associate where she obtained her LL.B (Hons) from Universiti Utara Malaysia. Prior to admission, she participated in the Corporate Fellowship program under the purview of the Minister of Youth and Sports where she was assigned to litigation division of the Legal Strategy and Intellectual Property Department of Telekom Malaysia Berhad. Izzati also holds a postgraduate diploma qualification namely Post-Graduate Diploma in Syariah & Practice (DLSA) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).
Izzati’s primary area of practice focuses on criminal law matters and syariah law advisory matters. She has experience in representing and advising clients on both blue-clue collar criminal allegations and white-collar criminal allegations. She also advised various individual clients in various syariah law related matters, inter alia, Islamic estate matter advisory etc.

Chuan Keat is our legal associate where he obtained his LL.B (Hons) from the University of Manchester. After obtaining his law degree, he continued his bar studies at Manchester Metropolitan University and was called to the Bar of England and Wales as Barrister-in-Law at The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. Chuan Keat has also completed the civil-commercial mediation course with ADR-ODR International during his bar studies and was awarded as the ADR-ODR International Accredited Civil-Commercial Mediator.
Chuan Keat’s primary area of practice focuses on corporate law and commercial law matters. He has experience in representing and advising both corporate and individual clientele in various company law related matters and commercial transactions, inter alia, private merger and acquisition, corporate financing, project financing, corporate restructuring etc.
